By midnight, I was driving home with a smile on my face. Today was a happy day. I plugged my iPod into the car stereo and played club music really loud that it seemed like I was inside Roxy or Splash.
I met with my aunt and uncle tonight. We discussed their interest in hiring me to help out in their business expansion. It sounded all too great. And to be quite frank, I was overwhelmed by all of the plans that we were laying down. I was thinking, “Finally, here’s a chance for me to really spread my wings and see a business grow and be proud to have been a part of it.”. There was a new challenge in sight, and this was it.
What I do not understand is that when I was driving back from that meeting, I suddenly felt the need to think twice about the opportunity that was just presented to me. What was wrong in the picture? Hmmmm…
Anyway, I didn’t want to think about it. I was on my way to New York to meet with Curly. I was excited. I was finally going to meet the guy who helped me so much when I was starting my blog. This is the same guy who inspired me to explore what I can do with WordPress. And if you have noticed in the comments sections, he gave me kind words when I was down.
So, I arrived at the Bao restaurant on Avenue C around 11pm and sent Curly a text message. In less than a minute, he came out of the restaurant to meet me. We went back in the restaurant and he introduced me to his girlfriend (soon to be fiancee, I hope) and his bestfriend, with whom they were staying with in NYC.
I had a great time. You guys are so wonderful! I am grateful and happy to have met all of you!

Said this at 2:48pm:Don… A message from heaven… Oh well, I just entered the Mac Store on 5th Ave here in NYC.
Thanks for the kind words here, and many thanks for taking time to meet us yesterday night.
We really enjoyed your company and the interesting conversation.
About the fiancee part… time will tell!
Good luck with all of your “intents” and accompanying decisions to be made.
Big hug from the three of us, will be in touch soonly,
Curly
