Recently, I discovered how beneficial it is to have an RSS feed reader. I started out with a handy program called “Feed”. It was good. Then, I came across Vienna. I made the switch.
Here are some of it’s features:
Subscribe to atom/RSS news feeds and podcasts.
Simple and intuitive user interface.
Built-in tabbed browser.
Smart folders for organising related feed articles.
Custom article display styles.
Full AppleScript support.
This is a must for any Mac users out there! Best of all, it’s OpenSource.

While currently blogging my posts to my different blogs with the very smooth and sexy ECTO. The same developer recently launched his own feedreader with very good compatibility with for instance ECTO.
So, take a look at ENDO. A smooth working and extendible feed aggregator.
Yes, both programs you have to pay for… but I think it is worth it. For ECTO it sure was, for ENDO I am saving some money…

Said this at 4:33am:Thanks for the heads-up. I checked out ECTO and I think I’m going to try it. It looks like a very handy tool! If I like it, I’ll purchase it. As for ENDO, I really don’t need it since I only have a few feeds to read. I wish the company just gives it out as a free software for users who bought ECTO. Don’t you think?
